Britney Spears' kids have to spend Mother's day with their crazy Momma!

Contactmusic:
BRITNEY SPEARS has been given the perfect U.S. Mother's Day gift - a day with her kids. Thanks to continued improvements in the pop star's relationship with ex-husband Kevin Federline, the rapper/dancer has agreed to let Sean Preston and Jayden James spend 11 May (08) with their mum.Federline was given full custody of the kids after Spears staged a stand-off with police, emergency services officials and childcare experts when she refused to handover her sons after a scheduled visitation in January (08).The couple have been battling the custody order ever since, but now Federline appears to have cooled on the issue - and he's agreeing to let Spears spend more time with their sons.A family friend tells Life + Style magazine that Federline is considering granting his ex overnight visits with the kids, after Spears filed a formal request with the courts. The insider says, "He hasn't said yes yet, but he's considering it."And, whereas Federline once reportedly dreaded phone chats with his ex, sources claim the couple has become friendly, with the rapper calling her his "lady" and Spears ending calls by telling her former husband that she loves him.One pals tells Life + Style, "It's such a huge change. It hasn't been like this between them in forever."

Are Miley Cyrus' photos any worse than what Britney Spears did in 1999?

MTV:
For teen pop fans, it's déjà vu all over again: Young pop starlet rises to fame on the wings of virginal Disney (or Nickelodeon) goodness, only to shock us when she suddenly goes bad.
But for some reason, the firestorm over the seemingly topless photos of the squeaky-clean Miley Cyrus in the upcoming issue of Vanity Fair have risen to a new level of hysteria, much of it, admittedly, fanned by the media. (See what Cyrus tourmates the Jonas Brothers and idol Hilary Duff and a perceptive 21-year-old MTV News intern have to say about the provocative pics.)
All this hullabaloo begs the question: Haven't any of you been paying attention over the past few years?
For those of you who may have missed the earlier signposts on this well-traveled road from not-a-girl-not-yet-a-woman-hood, here are some of the previous red flags thrown up by teens who were in a big hurry to grow up.
The Good Girls Gone Bad
Britney Spears: As if the jailbait-in-a-Catholic-schoolgirl-miniskirt video for Brit's breakthrough 1999 hit "... Baby One More Time" weren't enough of a break from the former Mouseketeer's innocent past, her Lolita-like cover shot for Rolling Stone magazine that same year, when she was 17, had tongues wagging. In addition to spreading rumors that she'd had breast implants, the shots showed her in just her underwear sprawled on a pink satin sheet, clutching a Teletubby doll and talking on the phone.

Why don't they just hire a clown? It would be cheaper..............

Spears' appearance on the show earned her good reviews.
In addition, the third year show got a boost in the ratings last March when Spears guested.

Shocker! Britney Spears' parenting skills questioned!

No.................way!!!!!!!!!!!
E!:
The verdict is in on the Britster's parenting know-how.
But we're just going to have to wait a little bit longer to find out if she gets a thumbs up or thumbs down from the court.
E! News has confirmed that a child custody evaluation report detailing the pros and cons of Britney Spears' mothering has been completed.
The report, commissioned by a Los Angeles family court in Spears' ongoing battle with ex-hubby Kevin Federline over young sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, was filed Friday by Dr. Jane Shatz.
Lawyers for both Spears and Federline declined to comment on the substance of the document.
While no specific positives or criticisms have been made public, the report's findings are expected to get a full airing at the next hearing in the case, set for May 6, when attorneys are planning to debate merits of a modified custody arrangement.
Spears, who has typically avoided courtroom showdowns in the matter, may actually show this time
